Tear Down

I was riding home from work and the bike started tickin real bad. Of course I think the worst and think its the motor. Luckily I just broke the mounting tab off the tank and it was vibrating against the frame. Since I already had the new tank, no better time then now to swap it out.
Removed the tank and rear wheel to be able to remove the rear fender.
Test fitting the tank so I can get the tabs in the right place.
Deuce with his outstanding plasma cutting skills to lop off the mounting tabs so I can relocate them. You'll notice a familiar face in the background wiring his turn signals, good ol' Bible Dave.
An assist from Deuce and we get the tabs welded back on.
Testing the feel of the mounted tank while damn Biker Mike shows his true colors. I always thought that guy dressed funny for a straight guy, ha.
No test fit is complete without the pink helmet.
Or the midnight rip stick ride. Got the tank mounted and going to start working the fender tomorrow.
